  • BENNY ANDERSSON & BJÖRN ULVAEUS The long awaited new musical from Björn & Benny is finally here. The production has been running in Malmö, Sweden since late 1995 and is sold out every night, months in advance. The CD featuring all the music from the production is now available, in a 3CD set with a book of texts in Swedish. Features the Malmö Musictheatre Choir and Orchestra conducted by Anders Eljas.

  • BARKA VALL From the island of Åland, the Swedish speaking community belonging to Finland in the Gulf of Bothnia, Barka Vall are a very impressive seven piece modern folk ish electric band in the vein of Hedningarna, Garmarna, Vilddas etc. Female singer Ella Grüssner plays fiddle, viola, flute, didgeridoo. There is also accordion, guitars, bass, drums. Almost all original material and a very strong album that's wholeheartedly recommended.
